Customers start getting charged at the starting
point (Smiles Errand Runners LLC office) and stop getting charged when
the delivery is done.
Time Calculation Policy: Each service is for
a minimum of one hour.
Prices are based on an hourly rate. Rates vary based
on the service required and are therefore discussed
on an individual basis.
Mileage Policy: Additional mileage will apply
to any service that requires to drive in excess of
15 miles. Mileage is for any and all travel for
service. Mileage is calculated and billed at $0.585
per mile. |

Other
customized packages can be discussed on a one on one
basis. Please feel free to call us!
If located outside of the service area there is a
minimum charge of 2 hours, plus $ 0.585 /mile for
mileage and travel.
The service rates do not include the cost of the
products. A deposit for purchases prior to a service
is required unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due
when a service is completed. Rates are subject to
change anytime!
Cancellation Policy: Smiles Errand Runners
LLC
completely understands that sometimes situations
come up where an appointment needs to be cancelled
and therefore our customers are not charged a
cancellation fee. We do request you give 24 hours
notice to a Smiles representative via telephone. There is a cancellation fee of $35.00 if the service
is cancelled the day of the service or less than 24
